These terms explain website use and the purchase, payment, delivery and support process for KADYAN Telecom & Electronics.
Website use
Use the site for lawful enquiries and purchases. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and keep credentials secure. Do not impersonate another customer, submit unauthorised personal information or interfere with the site’s operation.
Products and orders
Check the exact model, variant, capacity, colour, compatibility and included accessories. Ask support about unclear information. Orders depend on availability, payment where required and delivery verification. An acknowledgement records the request; support should explain any issue preventing fulfilment.
Prices and payment
Review final prices and disclosed delivery or other charges before accepting an order. Available methods depend on the actual checkout or quotation. Finance needs provider approval and an agreement; read Payment & EMI Terms. A general banner does not guarantee finance approval or a gift.
Delivery, installation and support
Read Shipping Policy, Installation Policy and Warranty Policy. Delivery and installation are separate unless included in writing. Warranty is product-specific; seller responsibilities and statutory remedies continue to apply.
Order changes and benefits
Use Cancellation Policy and Refund & Returns to request a review. Coupons, gifts and points follow the actual offer and Gift & Rewards Terms. Promotional credit is not an automatic substitute for an approved monetary refund.
