Using KADYAN Care products and services

Read the product label and the written terms supplied with any KADYAN Care purchase or separate care service.

Product use

Confirm the product, pack size and intended use. Follow the actual label’s instructions, storage directions and precautions. Do not use a household or cleaning product for a purpose not described by its manufacturer.

Pack condition

Check the received pack, seal where supplied, batch details and expiry or use-by information where applicable. Keep household products away from children and follow label precautions. Report leakage, damage, an incorrect item or unclear instructions to support before use.

Promotional packs and separate plans

A gift pack is governed by its specific offer and does not imply that every order includes the same benefit. A product purchase does not automatically include an extended warranty, repair plan or subscription. Review any separately offered plan’s provider, duration, exclusions, charges and cancellation terms before accepting.
