Payments, instalments and finance costs

Check available payment methods and the complete cost of a finance offer before accepting it.

Available methods

Only methods shown for your actual order at checkout or confirmed in your store quotation are available. Eligibility may depend on product, order value and destination. A payment logo or finance page does not guarantee availability for every purchase.

Cash on delivery and order confirmation

Where cash on delivery is offered, follow the amount and handover instructions in your order confirmation. Do not pay an unverified personal account or unknown payment link. Order fulfilment depends on stock, payment where required and delivery verification.

EMI and finance

EMI is subject to the relevant provider’s approval and written agreement. Review the financed amount, down payment, interest, processing fees, applicable taxes on charges, repayment dates, total payable and late-payment terms. No-cost EMI applies only when the actual offer expressly says so and explains its conditions.

Payment problems and refunds

For a failed, pending or duplicate payment, keep the provider reference and contact support before paying again. Never share an OTP, PIN, CVV or account password to obtain a refund. Approved refunds follow Refund & Returns. A financed-order adjustment needs confirmation from the lender; continue to follow your agreement until that confirmation is received.
