Plan appliance installation with a clear scope, confirmed charges and suitable site conditions.

Before installation

Some appliances need first-use commissioning or installation by an authorised technician. Check the manufacturer’s instructions and confirm the appropriate provider before opening, mounting, wiring or connecting equipment.

What is included

Delivery and installation are separate unless included together in writing. Confirm labour, brackets, wiring, pipes, accessories, removal of old equipment and other work in an itemised estimate. Additional paid work requires your approval.

Preparing the site

Give the correct address, postcode and access details. Ask the installer to confirm space, electrical supply, earthing, ventilation, water or drainage requirements for your model. Arrange a responsible adult to be present. Use qualified professionals for electrical, gas, structural or plumbing work.

Appointments and completion

Appointments depend on provider availability and location. Contact support to reschedule. At completion, ask for a demonstration and a record of the work. Report concerns with your invoice and service reference. Installation assistance does not extend a product warranty unless a written plan expressly provides this. See Warranty Policy.
